BoeFly recently connected Scott and Maria Littig with Conestoga Bank to provide the start-up loan needed to open a new Kiddie Academy Child Care Center. BoeFly, the leading marketplace for small business lending, maintains a strategic partnership with Kiddie Academy in order to assist its franchisees with loan acquisition.

“BoeFly experts put us in contact with Larry Frank at Conestoga Bank who actually wanted to help us start our business,” said Maria. “We knew we wanted to open a Kiddie Academy but were concerned about the prospect of securing reasonable bank financing.”

Scott and Maria are the perfect duo to own a Kiddie Academy franchise with their combined 20 years of ownership and management experience. However, even with confidence in their management abilities, the Littigs were wary of the challenge posed by the financing process.

At no cost to the Littigs, franchisor Kiddie Academy provided them with a self-service subscription to BoeFly where they were able to construct a loan request and post it to BoeFly’s online loan exchange. Once posted, the Littig loan request reached thousands of potential lenders nationwide. After six lenders from the BoeFly platform requested detailed access to their Kiddie Academy deal, the Littigs ultimately chose to work with Larry Frank, the most compatible lender for their financing needs.

“At Conestoga Bank, we love working with smart and ambitious franchisees like Scott and Maria,” said Frank. “BoeFly’s loan exchange platform enables us to efficiently connect with and fund talented small business owners like Scott and Maria.”
