In connection therewith, RTFC has permitted BoeFly, LLC ("BoeFly") to post the current Franchisor Disclosure Document ("FDD"), and certain additional information regarding the Franchisor offering that RTFC has prepared and/or approved, on the BoeFly site. Except for the FDD and such additional information, RTFC does not own, and is not responsible for, any of the content on the BoeFly website. RTFC does not select, approve, review or evaluate financing terms and conditions offered through the BoeFly website, any of the content on the BoeFly website, or any subscribing lender, broker, or other service provider (collectively, "Subscriber(s)"). RTFC does not receive compensation of any kind from any person or entity, including, but not limited to, BoeFly, any Subscriber, or any franchisee, arising from or relating to any franchisees seeking or obtaining funding through the BoeFly website.

RTFC's subscription to the BoeFly website does not constitute an endorsement of the website, its terms and conditions or policies, BoeFly, or any Subscriber. RTFC neither requires nor encourages franchisees to use the BoeFly website to identify a source for funding or related services. RTFC is not an affiliate, agent, consultant, broker, lender or service provider of or for BoeFly, any Subscriber or any franchisee.

RTFC makes no warranty or representation that a franchisee will obtain financing through the BoeFly website or that any such financing, if obtained, will be on the most favorable terms available. RTFC will not be liable for any damages or expenses of any kind arising out of any franchisee's or any Subscriber's use of, or reliance upon the content included on or provided through, the BoeFly website, including, but not limited to, the acts or omissions of BoeFly, any Subscriber or any franchisee or any security breaches with respect to the BoeFly website. RTFC's subscription to the BoeFly website is not intended to be a substitute for professional financial or legal advice. Accordingly, franchisees and their professional advisors should carefully review the Boefly User Agreement before creating a Boefly account and the terms and conditions of all funding options before entering into a loan agreement.
