From borrowers to secondary-market buyers, BoeFly’s continuum seamlessly links complementary deal makers nationwide, decreasing the cost and increasing the profitability of each transaction.
BoeFly Tools and Services
BoeFly is the first and only online marketplace to combine user-friendly, dynamic technology, including next-generation compatibility scoring and SmartForm, BoeFly’s proprietary comprehensive loan submission form, with platforms and tools supporting its members before, during, and beyond the deal. Through its professional Network, BoeFly members have direct access to service providers, such as appraisers, environmental firms, construction loan monitors, attorneys, and many more. Members also have unlimited access to analytics, settlement tools, industry best practices, market news and data, and articles of interest written by experts in the various fields.
