Saladworks LogoBoeFly announced today that Robert Gallo, a Saladworks franchisee in Ridgewood, N.J., secured an SBA-guaranteed loan of $430,000 through a connection made by BoeFly. Saladworks is the nation’s first and largest fresh-tossed salad restaurant concept with over 100 franchise locations across the country.

“I knew financing would be difficult when I decided to become a first-time franchisee of a restaurant, and BoeFly’s service proved to be instrumental in connecting me with a lender,” said Gallo, who previously worked as a corporate attorney and then a real estate developer. “With BoeFly’s help in the financial area, I am now able to focus on opening the restaurant and working to uphold the standard of providing high-quality service to our customers.”

With the assistance of BoeFly, Gallo was able to connect with a bank in a neighboring state that is funding his $430,000 start-up loan.

Gallo used BoeFly at the recommendation of Saladworks (http://www.saladworks.com), which has selected the platform to assist its franchisees in obtaining bank financing.
