Chris Niedbalski, a Wings Etc. franchisee from Fishers, Indiana, secured financing with a lender he met through BoeFly, the online marketplace for small business lending. With assistance from BoeFly loan specialists, Niedbalski packaged and posted his loan request to BoeFly’s online exchange platform. Once posted, his loan request connected him with several interested lenders, but he ultimately decided to close his loan with Tony Kim, VP of Commercial Lending at Ridgestone Bank. BoeFly’s extensive lender network allowed Niedbalski to find the right lender for his project. With financing secured through BoeFly, Niedbalski is now free to focus on the management of his new business.

“At Ridgestone Bank, we love working with ambitious franchisees like Chris Niedbalski,” said Tony Kim, VP of Commercial Lending at Ridgestone Bank. “Thanks to BoeFly, Ridgestone can connect with talented and promising small business owners quickly and structure a loan most beneficial to them so they can get the financing they need to be able to move forward with their business plans.”

“BoeFly offers a service that provides benefits to franchisees, lenders, and franchisors,” said Robert Hensmann, Executive Vice President and CFO of Wings, Etc. “BoeFly’s ability to quickly match our franchisees with appropriate lenders allows our franchisees to focus on their operational and development priorities while leaving the financing piece to experts more familiar with the process. We will continue to harness the advantages of BoeFly so our franchisees can have the access to capital that many of them need.”

Wings Etc. is a budding, family-friendly franchise working in the full-serve bars and grill restaurant sector. The franchise combines a welcoming atmosphere, a diverse selection of sports programming streamed on HDTVs and an extensive menu of award-winning dishes to draw families and residents of the surrounding area of Fishers, Indiana. Niedbalski recognized this lucrative business opportunity, but he was deterred by the time and frustration associated with the financing process. BoeFly offered an alternative to the traditional bank-to-bank approach that made financing a time efficient and cost effective process.

“BoeFly experts put me in contact with lenders who actually wanted to help me start my business,” said Niedbalski. “I was hesitant to become a franchise owner before I had heard of BoeFly because I just didn’t think I had the time to devote to finding bank financing. BoeFly solved the problem for me.”
